A method is proposed for making non-woven needle-punched fabric, it includes loosening, mix emulsification, soaking, web forming on hackling machines, curing, impregnation of fabric with binding agent, drying and cooling. According to the method after soaking one forms long and cross fibrous webs that are laid to not less than five webs, with processing with needle punching in two steps. At that before the second step one adds strengthening threads, after that material is smoothened by means of tension, calendered with following impregnation with binding agent, after that material is dried and processed on cold calender. |
