<p>The device has an eccentric tappet (2) with a freedom of rotation around bolts (1), where an angular position of the bolts is determined by an influence of a spring (4) e.g. deflection spring, and an accelerating weight (5). Electrical contacts (8) are provided under the accelerating weight. The accelerating weight falls on the contacts and closes a short circuit during breaking of a spring or a spring bracket in order to stop lifting to a next floor and to block further lifting movement.</p> |
