<p>[PROBLEMS] To provide a disk drive equipped with a vibration control mechanism capable of sufficiently suppressing vibration of a drive chassis mounting a motor for rotary driving a disklike recording medium and a unit for recording/reproducing a digital signal to/from the disklike recording medium due to unbalance of the disklike recording medium. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] In the vibration control mechanism of a drive chassis (1) where insulators (11) are arranged, respectively, at at least three specified positions of the drive chassis (1) mounting a motor (2) and an optical pickup unit (5), and a weight board (10) is held floatably on the drive chassis (1) through the insulator (11), the profile of the weight board (10) is set based on a predetermined vibration control frequency, at least the three specified positions, and the spring constants of the insulators (11) which are equal to each other.</p> |
