A flexible substrate, an electro optical apparatus having the same, and electric apparatus is provided to reduce or prevent the short circuit between the terminals on the flexible substrate by the electro optical apparatus. A flexible substrate(200) includes a substrate body(210), a plurality of the wires(220), a plurality of the terminals(230), and a plurality of the lead cables for coating(240). The substrate body is extended along the length of a flexible substrate. The plurality of the wires is formed on the substrate body, and is extended along the length. The plurality of the terminals is electrically connected with the plurality of the wires at the edge side of the substrate body, and is arranged along the width which crosses the length corresponds to a plurality of the connecting terminals. The plurality of the lead cables for coating is connected with the differ part of the connected plurality of the wires at the plurality of the terminals, and is extended to the edge of the flexible substrate, and is thinner than the wire, and coats the plurality of the terminals. |
