An LCD panel is provided to confirm presence/absence of a transfer, the amount of the transfer and a relative positional error between a transfer pad and a counter substrate visually after assembling the LCD panel, and prevent deterioration of quality on outer appearance caused by reflection of the transfer at a display surface of the LCD panel. An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) panel comprises the followings. On a substrate(20), a transfer pad(10) is installed. On a counter substrate(30), a black mask(12) is installed. A transfer(11) is installed between the transfer pad of the substrate and the black mask of the counter substrate. On the transfer pad, plural slits for allowing a normal transfer to be seen from a substrate side are installed. The counter substrate includes a counter electrode(31) interposed between the black mask and the transfer and electrically connected to the transfer pad through the transfer.
