FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves determining superoxide dysmutase and catalase activity in oral fluid supernatant collected without stimulation during 30 min. Coefficient Kp value is calculated from formula Kp= (CAT2*100/SOD2):(CAT1*100/SOD1), where CAT is oral fluid catalase activity (mccat/l), SOD is the oral fluid superoxide dysmutase activity (u/mg of protein), 1 is the index before treatment, 2 is the index after treatment.
