FIELD: metallurgy, namely steel with super-high mechanical strength, sheet of such steel, possibly used in automobile making industry branch, method for producing sheets of such steel. ^ SUBSTANCE: steel contains, mass.%: 0.080 < C <0.120; 0.800 < Mn <0.950; Si < 0.300; Cr < 0.300; 0.150 < Mo < 0.350; 0.020 < Al <0.100; P < 0.100; B < 0.010; Ti < 0.050; iron and impurities formed at steel melting, the balance. Steel microstructure is ferrite and martensite. Method for producing steel sheet comprises steps of casting ingot; cold and hot rolling of ingot for producing sheet; heating sheet at rate 2 - 100°C/s till soaking temperature 700 - 900°C; cooling sheet at rate 2 - 100 °C/s till temperature almost equal to bath temperature of melt zinc or zinc alloy; applying zinc or zinc alloy coating on sheet by dipping it into said bath and cooling till environment temperature at rate 2 - 100°C/s. ^ EFFECT: improved strength of steel suitable for zinc plating. ^ 7 cl, 4 tbl, 3 ex |
