<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video conference apparatus which facilitates a change in a conference style or a conference place, enables conditions of all conference participants or atmosphere in a conference room to be grasped, improves convenience and is capable of improving presence. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a video conference apparatus 1 connecting a plurality of conference rooms via a network, which comprises a main body 3; a plurality of monitors 5a, 5b, 5c; arms 6b, 6c linking the monitors 5b, 5c to the main body 3 so as to freely turn them around a perpendicular axial line; and a camera 7 disposed in an upper part of the main body 3 so as to photograph all the surroundings, wherein the plurality of monitors 5a-5c and the camera 7 are provided integrally with the main body 3.
