<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake type air filler for a rear seat collision prevention airbag. <P>SOLUTION: An injection nozzle cover 54, an expansion drill 56, an injection nozzle cap 58, and a slide cap 60 are installed respectively. An inner sleeve cap 62 is bored/provided on a slide cap and is continuously contacted with the injection nozzle cap. A plurality of air intrusion holes are installed on a case body 52, the slide cap and the inner sleeve cap. Since the position of the slide cap is deviated from the case body and the inner sleeve cap, a position between the plurality of air intrusion holes is deviated and closed to suppress intrusion of air. When air is fed into the injection nozzle cover, a gas generates a pressure, a piston 66 pushes the slide cap, and the plurality of air intrusion holes are communicated. Further, in the intake type air filler, outside air is sucked by the plurality of air intrusion holes and air is fully filled in the airbag to prevent injury by collision of an occupant of a vehicle rear seat. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
