PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily terminate an unnecessary route guidance when making a stop near a destination, in the technology for navigations. SOLUTION: An own-vehicle position determining means 40 determines whether or not the own vehicle is within an area having a prescribed distance from the destination, e.g., the area whose radius is 500 m about the destination. If the own vehicle is determined to be within the prescribed distance area, a vehicle stop determining means 42 determines whether or not the vehicle stopped on a position off its route, based on an operation of yanking the emergency brake and the like. If the vehicle is determined to be in its stop state, such the audio guidance like "Vehicle arrives near the destination. Destination will be released." is performed.
