PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave susceptor with superior heating action. SOLUTION: The microwave susceptor is provided with a dimensionally stable base material, a plastic film supported by the base material, and a metal layer covered on the plastic film and having a thickness converting microwave energy to heat by absorbing microwave radiation, and a plurality of apertures, a plurality of microwave transparent areas or a plurality of microwave inactive areas are formed in the metal layer.
