PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus, an image processing method and an image processing program which are capable of printing a high quality image at high speed from RAW data. SOLUTION: The image processing apparatus includes an input means, a print data generating means, a correcting means, and an image generating means. The input means inputs RAW data. The print data generating means generates print data from an image to be printed, the print data allowing a print unit to print the image to be printed. The correcting means sets a color balance operation value or a luminance operation value based on the RAW data, and applies color balance correction corresponding to the color balance operation value or luminance correction corresponding to the luminance operation value to the RAW data. The image generating means generates an image as the image to be printed from the RAW data with the color balance correction or the luminance correction applied thereon using demosaicking processing and tone reproduction processing.
