PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the precision of a magnetic performance measuring system and to expand the measurement application. SOLUTION: This invention is provided with: a superconductive quantum interference element SQUID for detecting the magnetization of objective sample positioning nearby the superconductive pickup coil as an electric signal; and an ac coil connected to the AC power source for generating alternative magnetic field surrounding the superconductive pickup coil. The magnetic performance of the object sample is measured by using the superconductive quantum interference element SQUID. The input signal of alternative signal form the superconductive quantum interference element SQUID is acquired by using the A/D converter for digital signal recording with audio-frequency, the digital signal converted by the A/D converter is phase adjusted for making the time shift to the reference voltage signal into the optimum state. By Fourier transforming the phase adjusted signal, each higher harmonic component is detected as a magnetic performance. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
