PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating panel connection structure having greatly improved connecting strength when a protruded frame material and a recessed frame material provided on both sides of a pair of surface materials are engaged with each other. SOLUTION: A heat insulating panel 12 has a heat insulating material 18 filled in a space encircled by the pair of surface materials 14 and the protruded frame material 20 and/or the recessed frame material 30 at the ends thereof. It comprises a wedged engaging part 36 protrudedly formed in a recessed portion 34 of the recessed frame material 30, and an engaged part 26 recessedly formed in a protruded portion 24 of the protruded frame material 20. When the protruded portion 24 of the protruded frame material 20 is inserted into the recessed portion 34 of the recessed frame material 30 of the adjacent heat insulating panel 12, the engaging part 36 of the recessed frame material 30 is removably engaged with the engaged part 26 of the protruded frame material 20.
