PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil cooler incorporated in a radiator capable of easily fixing headers, input and output ports and a radiator tank, and miniaturizing the headers. SOLUTION: This oil cooler comprises a heat exchanging portion 4, header 5, 6 comprising insertion holes 9a communicated and connected with end portions of the heat exchanging portion 4, and fixing holes 9b orthogonal to the insertion holes 9a and communicated and connected with the input and output ports 14, 15 through the radiator tank 13, and kept into contact with the inside of the radiator tank 13, adaptors 16 comprising a pair of arm portions 16b, 16c for holding seat portions 18 of the input and output ports 14, 15 in a state of pressing them to a radiator tank 13 side, and kept into contact with the outside of the radiator tank 13, and bolts 17 fastened to the headers 5, 6 from the adaptors 16 through the radiator tank 13 for respectively fixing these three members.
