PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe and a pile head anchoring structure, which enable a pile head anchoring bar to be easily constructed even by manual operations, and which can obtain high reliability. SOLUTION: An SC pile 11 is equipped with a pile body 12 which is molded from concrete, and an outer-shell steel pipe 13. A flange metal 14, which is formed with a diameter larger than that of the outer-shell steel pipe 13, is full-strength-welded to the end of the outer-shell steel pipe 13. A plurality of reinforcement fastening holes 16 for fastening the pile head anchoring bars 15 are provided along the outer peripheral edge of the flange metal 14. Each of the pile head anchoring bars 15 has screw portions 17 and 18 formed in the lower and top portions of a deformed bar; nuts 21 and 22 as fastening means are screwed to the lower screw portion 17; and an anchoring nut 23 as an anchoring member is screwed to the top screw portion 18.
