PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for residential floor change in which the use efficiency of space is improved by efficiently arranging partitions even in small residences and less labor is required. SOLUTION: A movable partition 30 for demarcating the rooms of a residence 21 is formed of a movable part 31 and a storage part 32 storing the movable part 31. Each storage part 32 of each of the movable partitions 30a, 30b, 30c, 30d is vertically installed along side walls 22a, 22b, 22c and the inner walls of a main bedroom 28 serving as the walls in place of the side walls 22d. Each movable part 31 is installed at the position where it is intersected with the center 33 of the section positioned generally at the center of the residence 2 when it is pulled out from the storage part 32. The movable parts 31 of four sets of movable partitions 30a, 30b, 30c, 30d are perpendicular to each other around the center 33 of the section. A restroom 24 with a bathroom, an entrance hall 25, and a multi-purpose space 25a are formed in a room section 53 formed by the pair of movable partitions 30a, 30d adjacent to each other.
