PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall surface panel capable of bringing about a heat-insulating and sound-insulating effect. SOLUTION: In this wall surface panel 51 which is mounted on a skeleton so as to form a wall surface, two joints 53 are horizontally provided in the state of sandwiching the center of gravity of a wall surface panel body 52 in between, at the backside upper edge of the panel body 52. The two joints 53, which are each equipped with an upward opened incision 53b, are attached rollably in the longitudinal direction of the skeleton to a roller, which is supported on the skeleton rollably in the longitudinal direction of the skeleton, by means of a recess 53a with an upward-protruding arc-shaped surface. An elastic insertion piece 54, which is to be pressed into the incision 53b of the joint 53 provided in the downside panel body 52, is provided at the backside lower edge of the panel body 52 corresponding to the two joints 53.
