PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable composition excellent in coatability, and capable of forming coating film that has high hardness and scratch resistance, excellent in transparency and also in stainproofness and weatherability, low in curling tendency and high in flexibility on various base materials, and to provide its cured film. SOLUTION: The curable composition comprises the following components (A) to (D): (A) particles bound to an organic compound (Ab) having in the molecule polymerizable unsaturated group(s) and consisting mainly of oxide(s) of at least one element selected from the group consisting of silicon, aluminum, zirconium, titanium, zinc, germanium, indium, tin, antimony and cerium; (B) a compound having two or more urethane linkages and two or more polymerizable unsaturated groups; (C) a polysiloxane compound having one or more polymerizable groups; (D) a compound having two or more polymerizable unsaturated groups other than the components B and C.
