PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mattress device which has such rigidity as will hardly allow lateral rolling, and hardly gives a feeling of hardness to a user. SOLUTION: This mattress device is provided with a spring unit 1 constituted of a plurality of continuous spring bodies 2 disposed into a rectangular shape in a plan view, helical wires 6 connecting the adjoining continuous spring bodies, and frame wires 7 connected to the upper/lower circumferential edges of upper and lower faces of the rectangular shape formed of the continuous spring bodies. Reinforcing wire rods 11 are connected to the upper/lower faces of the connecting spring bodies in the circumferential parts of the upper/lower faces of the spring unit in parts inward the frame wires.
