<p>In a communication support system enabling data transfer using an information processing device between users, each talking by using a communication terminal, the user can recognize whether the information processing device of the communication partner is usable only by performing a call operation. A correspondence information storage unit contains correspondence information which corresponds an information processing device in a usable state to a communication terminal. When a user calls a communication terminal (12) by using a communication terminal (11), call control devices (10-A, 10-B) detect the communication terminals (11, 12) of the calling side and the called side. A correspondence information managing device (20) searches for the correspondence information on the communication terminals (11, 12) from a correspondence information storage unit. When the correspondence information on the communication terminals (11, 12) are both searched by the correspondence information managing device (20), the call control devices (10-A, 10-B) send a use-enabled report indicating that the information processing device of the communication partner can be used to the information processing devices (21, 22) correlated to the communication terminals (11, 12).</p> |
