<p>Compositions comprising a heterocyclic compound and methods of using these compositions, alone or in combination with a second therapeutic agent, are provided for treating diseases or disorders in which CD80-expressing cells or regulatory T cell function contribute to or exacerbate the associated pathology. The disclosed combination therapies result in synergistic anti-tumor responses.</p>
