<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire feeding speed controlling method for a long-wire bracket device capable of smoothly transferring wires to a tray part by effectively preventing jamming or damage of tip parts of the wires. <P>SOLUTION: The long-wire bracket device 23 is provided with conveyors 27, 28 of upper-and-lower two steps equipped with tray parts 29, 30 at one side of each conveyor 27, 28. Long wires 21 fed from a feeding roller 24 of a wire feeding device 22 are brought over from a terminal end in a conveying direction of an upper conveyor belt 27a to a lower conveyor belt 28a through a turning route 33. By the time a tip part in a feeding direction of the long wires 21 fed on the upper conveyor belt 27a reaches around a terminal end in a conveying direction of the upper conveyor belt 27a, a wire feeding speed by the feeding roller 24 is slowed down, and it is controlled that the tip parts of the long wires 21 in a feeding direction is fed through the turning route 33 at a low speed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
