<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing device having a built-in temperature sensor at an arbitrary position therein, but reduced in size. <P>SOLUTION: By forming cut-outs TSe in a hard substrate TSa bonded, etc. to a component part of the bearing device, the size Δ of the temperature sensor TS is kept at a prescribed size even after wiring TSc is provided thereto via the cut-outs TSe. While transporting or assembling, the wiring TSc, there is little possibility of erroneously damaging it cause it to have breaks. This bearing device is desirable since the strength of the hard substrate TSa is not lowered irrespective of the formation of the cut-outs TSe and it is free from cracks. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
