PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication control method and system capable of communicating with a plurality of communication devices using identical recognition number. SOLUTION: The same recognition number is imparted to the plurality of communication devices 31-35 possessed by an owner 30, intrinsic identification numbers for identifying the respective communication device and identifiers for identifying the communication function or communication state of the communication devices are imparted. The imparted recognition number, identification number and identifier are turned to a set and stored and preserved in a storage device 24 for each communication device. When communication is performed from the cellular phone 15 of a caller, to the cellular phone 35 of a receiver 30 by using the recognition number imparted to it, a communication controller 23 specifies the communication devices 31 and 35 capable of reception on the basis of the identifiers imparted to the respective communication devices from the communication devices with the recognition number, and controls the communication so as to transmit communication information from the cellular phone 15, on the call origination side to the specified communication device.
