PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable users to easily recognize that money can not be dispensed by observing a menu screen to eliminate the need of performing useless operations. SOLUTION: In this cash processor by which the users who are employees of a plurality of stores perform deposit processing and dispensing processing, etc., it has a storage part 7 which stores the dispensing limit of cash per day for each store and the limit dispensing frequencies for registers by every store, when a user is made to select processing by the menu screen displayed on a display part 3, it specifies a store and a register by information read from a user's card, and when a dispensed amount to the store reaches the dispensing limit, or when the dispensing frequencies to the register reach the limit dispensing frequencies, it displays a menu from which the item of the dispensing processing is deleted.
