PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a time for workpiece positioning control when a command position from a command position input device is changed. SOLUTION: When the command position to be finally positioned is changed after starting positioning operation for a position control system of a workpiece, a next command position is estimated by a command position estimation device 6, a target acceleration track corresponding to a difference (target position track) between the estimated command position and a current position of the workpiece is created, and the position control can be effectively completed in a short time period so that the position control is carried out to the workpiece by creating a target speed track and target position track from the target acceleration track.
