PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a missending prevention system and a missending prevention program that can prevent missending of emails and can increase the accuracy of missending determination. SOLUTION: A CPU 20 of the missending prevention system 100 functions as a basic information management means 21, a mailer 22, a destination checking means 23 and a reception history storage means 24. A storage means 30 of the missending prevention system 100 stores a check-exempt destination list 31, a destination/keyword database 32, a sending/reception history database 33, an alarm information table 34 and a data retention period designation value 35. The destination checking means 23 uses the destination/keyword database 32 and sending/reception history database 33 to check the destination and subject of an email for keywords, and notifies the user, reedits the email or sends the email in accordance with the result.
