PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose an IC token processor preventing an IC token from being pushed back to the inside from an IC token outlet without causing increase of cost and size. SOLUTION: When the IC token to be issued or returned is detected by an outlet sensor 40, this IC token processor 10 incorporated in a token dispenser 1 for a game machine rotates an IC token carrying rotor 25, and a portion 25c having no pocket opening part 25b in a rotor peripheral end face 25a thereof face an IC token outlet passage 30 to prevent the IC token from being pushed back by the portion 25c. The portion 25c of the rotor peripheral end face 25a is used, so that it is not necessary to install a new component so as to prevent the IC token from being pushed back, and it is not either necessary to extend the IC token outlet passage.
