PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide solution film forming equipment constituted so as to prevent the flocculation of a matte agent to prevent the occurrence of foreign matter trouble, and a solution film forming method thereof. SOLUTION: A first liquid sending line L1 for sending a polymer solution 22 to the solution film forming equipment 40 from a fourth tank 33 is provided to dope manufacturing equipment 10. A first addition port 41 for adding a dilution liquid 34 to the polymer solution 22, a first in-line mixer 43 for mixing the polymer solution 22 with the dilution liquid 34 in-line to form a mixed liquid 42, a second addition port 44 for adding a matte agent solution 36, which is composed of the matte agent, cellulose acylate and the dilution liquid, to the mixed liquid 42, and a second in-line mixer 46 for mixing the mixed liquid 42 with the matte agent solution 36 to form a first dope 45 are provided to the first liquid sending line L1 in this order from the upstream side.
