PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber-reinforced plastic member which does not cause defects in the member such as interlayer separation, has excellent mechanical properties such as strength and elastic modulus and a smooth surface and is lightweight. SOLUTION: The fiber-reinforced plastic member includes constituents [A], [B], [C] and [D]. The constituent [B], the constituent [C] and the constituent [D] are arranged on at least one side of the constituent [A] in this order. Constituent [A]: Fiber-reinforced plastic. Constituent [B]: Layer having a tensile elastic modulus of 0.1-500 MPa. Constituent [C]: Adhesive layer.
