摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lean, high-conductivity, stress relaxation-resistant beryllium-nickel-copper alloy. SOLUTION: The beryllium-nickel-copper alloy is represented by the composition formula: (0.15-0.5% Be)+(0.40-1.25% Ni)+(0-0.25% Sn)+[(0.06-1% Zr) and/or (0.06-1% Ti)] and the balance being copper, wherein the sum of Zr and Ti contents is generally within a range of 0.06-1%. The alloy has improved electrical conductivity, bend moldability and stress relaxation resistance without sacrificing its strength.
