PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the cooling performance of an oil cooler without deteriorating the oil performance of a radiator. SOLUTION: This backhoe is constituted in a form of cooling the radiator 12 and the oil cooler 13 by a radiator fan 11 by driving a hydraulic pump 10 and the radiator fan 11 by an engine 9 mounted to a swivel base 3 by installing a work device 4 in a front part of the swivel base 3.
