PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shake correcting device having high shake correcting accuracy, and optical equipment. SOLUTION: The shake correcting device 10 includes: a first member 40 and a second member 33 provided to be opposed to each other and capable of moving relatively to each other when correcting shake; and a wiring member 70 giving force in a direction crossing with the relative moving direction of the first member 40 and the second member 33 between the first member 40 and the second member 33.
