Further, the respective reference points (first and second reference points) set in association with the respective electrode terminals 111, 211 on the respective substrates 10, 200 can be aligned to the reference points of the spiral curve S, and when the respective alignment marks 112, 212 indicating the respective reference points are formed, the alignment between the electrode terminals 111, 211 can be easily aligned simply by relatively rotating both the substrates 10, 200 directly aligned with both the alignment marks 112, 212.
