PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for assisting the functional effects of the body trunk in the hitting exercise of a ball hitting game (golf, baseball, tennis, volleyball or the like). SOLUTION: A body trunk exercise which generates power by the stretching and the contraction of muscles by making a difference in the twist-returning of the upper limb and the lower limb for the body trunk exercise in order to increase a hitting force. For the body trunk exercise, the timing for the twist-returning of the upper limb and the lower limb is important.
