PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust collection bag for a vacuum cleaner which is excellent in dust collection efficiency by reducing leakage and which has performance excellent in an environmental aspect and a health aspect by removing micro-dust effectively, and to provide the vacuum cleaner. SOLUTION: The dust collection bag for the vacuum cleaner is composed of: filter layers A and B each having an intermediate layer material made of a melt blow nonwoven fabric and an outer layer material and an inner layer material on both of the surface of the intermediate layer material. The layer A and the layer B are laminated with the inner layer materials arranged inside, and a bag periphery part is connected. A part of the connecting of the bag periphery part is connected so that a connecting part (Sa-1) of the inner layer material and the intermediate layer material of the layer A, a connecting part (Sc) of the layer A and the layer B and a connecting part (Sb-1) of the inner layer material and the intermediate layer material of the layer B may have a part which is penetrated by an adhesive on the cross section of the thickness direction of the bag.
