PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prize exchange system which can easily identify a prize which the player desires, and enables a smooth prize exchange. SOLUTION: According to the prize exchange system, when the player selects a prize via touching operation at a display point of a cigarette brand displayed on a display section 9 of a counter 4, a receipt on which prize information of the selected cigarette brand is recorded is issued from a receipt issuing section 12. At the same time the prize information is transmitted to a POS terminal 5, and therefore the prize information transmitted to the counter 4 is displayed on a display section 14 before the player comes to a prize exchange counter. Further when the player exchanges the game mediums for the prize, upon reading the prize information recorded on the receipt presented to a staff member, an updated image of a cigarette shelf whose image is picked up by a camera 15 is displayed on the display section 14 and further a storage place of the prize which the player has selected is highlighted on the display section 14 so as to identify the place.
