PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air disinfecting apparatus capable of accurately controlling the timing of water exchange in the case of circulating and utilizing electrolytic water. SOLUTION: The air disinfecting apparatus is provided with an air disinfecting mechanism for generating electrolytic water containing active oxygen species by electrolyzing water, circulating and supplying the electrolytic water to a gas/liquid contact member, blowing indoor air to the gas/liquid contact member and blowing off the air brought into contact with the electrolytic water into a room. A microcomputer 61 for controlling the air disinfecting mechanism detects the conductivity of the water inside the air disinfecting mechanism and judges the necessity of the water exchange on the basis of the conductivity.
