A crushing unit of a flax harvester consists of a frame, pairs of upper and lower crushing rollers arranged on the driving shafts, bearings of the upper rollers, the bodies of which are connected to the frame by compression springs, and of fixing bolts. The unit is supplemented with limiters of the pressure of the upper crushing rollers, which are mounted from below of the bodies of the bearings and are made as cams, arranged inside vertical guides, which are rigidly fixed on the axles, whereon gear wheels are fixed, these are arranged from the outside, engage with a rack, which is arranged from above. One end of the rack is connected to a screw control gear, and from above thereof guiding pressure rollers are arranged. |
