An installation for producing of gypsum tongue-and-groove plates contains a base, a void-former, front and rear walls, and also elements, which form a groove and a tongue in the plate. The installation is in addition equipped with two guides, on one of which a protrusion as made, and on the second one – a groove. Guides are connected with front and rear walls. The walls are connected with fastening elements, which are connected with the base. The void-formers are made in the form of a set of fingers rigidly fixed on base, and ejector with openings, in which the fingers are located. The cushions with a pad are rigidly secured on base. In the lower part of the ejector a seat is made for the stock of hydraulic cylinder. |
