<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for determining deployment of an occupant crash protection control device capable of increasing the number of opportunities for deployment when necessary while sufficiently suppressing the possibility of misdetermination. <P>SOLUTION: In the occupant crash protection control device 1 for performing determination about the deployment of an air bag to protect an occupant at the time of collision, when an abnormality of a first G sensor 21 is detected by a data abnormality determination part 33, the deployment of the air bag is forcedly allowed in first deployment determination and based on determination results of second deployment determination, the air bag deployment determination is performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
