PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generator that can utilize external vibration of multiple directions for generating power. SOLUTION: In a power generator 70, an immobile substrate 1 having a plurality of electret electrodes 2 on its surface, and a movable substrate 4 having a plurality of movable electrodes 5 on its surface, are arranged separated from each other. The immobile substrate 1 is immovable inside the power generator 70. With the concurrent use of spring drivers 6a and 6b, the movable substrate 4 shifts elastically in an arbitrary direction, in an XY plane, when external vibration is received.
