PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure of a rubber mold used when manufacturing a mold for vulcanization of a tire in which a fine space is not generated between the rubber mold and the plaster mold even when mold releasing of the rubber mold and the plaster mold is repeated for a plurality of times, and to provide a method for manufacturing a plaster mold used in a process for manufacturing the mold for vulcanization of the tire. SOLUTION: 1, 2 and 3 respectively represent a back segment, the rubber mold and the plaster mold, and at least at one position of a joining face 4 between the back segment 1 and the rubber mold 2, a locking member 5 for integrally fixing the back segment 1 and the rubber mold 2 is provided. The locking member 5 is projected from the joining face 4 of the back segment 1, and is formed in a shape so that a wedge effect is exhibited by engaging the locking member 5 in the rubber mold 2. Namely, as the shape of the locking member 5, the vertical section of the shape engaging in the rubber mold 2 is formed into a wedge shape, namely, is formed into an approximately spread-out trapezoid shape. As the material of this locking member 5, the same material (for example, an aluminum alloy or the like) as the material of the back segment 1, and a heat-resistant resin material may be used.
