PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a device and a method capable of facilitating the measurement of a lens drive position and a lens drive speed. SOLUTION: The lens drive position measuring device for measuring the lens drive position for an autofocus camera includes: a camera mount part 32 for mounting the autofocus camera; and two objects 34 and 35 arranged at different distances from the mounted autofocus camera so that a contrast data detection area showing the focusing state of the autofocus camera may be divided into two.
