PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamp lighting device in which correcting ability of input voltage fluctuations is improved. SOLUTION: This is equipped with a power supply input terminal 1, detecting means 6, 7, 12 to detect a lamp voltage, and a lamp current and a PWM control circuit 22 to control an output voltage and an output current to a lamp 13 according to a detection result of the lamp voltage and the lamp current. An input fluctuation correction circuit 40 to reverse-correct fluctuations of the lamp current caused by fluctuations of a voltage input from the power supply input terminal 1 is installed, and fluctuations of the lamp current are reduced by inputting a reverse-correction signal output from the input fluctuation correction circuit 40 into the PWM control circuit 22.
