<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waster management system, through which a waste carrying agent can preliminarily acquire an occurrence schedule of waste prior to occurrence of the waste, and rapidly collect the waste in the occurrence thereof. <P>SOLUTION: A field terminal 10 includes a means capable of transmitting a progress of a construction process to a management server 30. The management server 30 includes a database 35a storing scheduled discharge amounts of waste and scheduled discharge times according to the progresses of the construction process, and a means capable of selectively transmitting a scheduled discharge amount and scheduled discharge time matched to the progress received from the field terminal 100 to a carrier terminal 20.
