<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retroreflective oil-based ink composition that has overcome the shortage of weather resistance, in particular, of waterproof and light fastness. <P>SOLUTION: This retroreflective oil-based ink composition comprises (1) a glass bead, (2) a glass flake pigment and/or TiO<SB>2</SB>-coated aluminum oxide, (3) a resin, (4) optionally a coloring agent, and an organic solvent as a main solvent. The retroreflective oil based ink composition has superior waterproof/light fastness as compared with a conventional ink composition.
