PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus capable of positively discharging a moisture content entered into a case. SOLUTION: This apparatus is for moving a water component in a predetermined direction which has intruded into a case means and is dripped from an opening and closing body means by a water covering means for guiding the water moved to both sides of the case means by using a water guiding means provided therein, and for discharging the guided water from discharge ports formed at both the sides of the case means to the outside of the case. By guiding the water component intruding into the case means into both the sides of the case and then positively discharging the water component therefrom, it becomes possible to effectively suppressing the generation of any rust to parts and the like in the case means and also to prevent troubles such as the leakage of the water component intruding through gaps formed in the case means.
