PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simulation resolver which can easily and automatically be adjusted with an external setting input. SOLUTION: The simulation resolver comprises: a sine-wave generating means 22 of generating a sine wave, based on the angle signal input from simulation rotary equipment; a cosine-wave generating means 23 of generating cosine waves, based upon the angle signal; an offset adjusting means 24 of adjusting offsets of the generated sine waves and cosine waves respectively; a first modulating means 25 of modulating the offset-adjusted sine waves, based on a reference signal input from an angle detecting means 2a and outputting a first angle component signal; a second modulating means 26 of modulating the offset-adjusted cosine wave, based on the reference signal and outputting a second angle component; a gain adjusting means 27 for adjusting the gains of the first angle signal and second angle signal; and an adjusting means 28 of automatically adjusting the offsets and gains based upon externally input set values.
